This Terms of Service Agreement establishes a legally binding agreement between the Service Provider and the individual or entity who installs, accesses, or uses the PC Check & Screenshare Verification Tool.

⚠️ By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
Section 01

Description of the Service

The PC Check & Screenshare Verification Tool is software designed to assist server administrators, moderators, and authorized staff members in detecting unauthorized software, cheats, or suspicious system activity related to gaming environments such as FiveM or other supported platforms.

The Service may analyze system information including, but not limited to:

  • Running processes
  • File directories associated with known cheat locations
  • Installed applications
  • System artifacts and logs
  • Configuration traces related to game modifications

The primary goal of the Service is to maintain fair gameplay and integrity within gaming communities.

Section 02

License Grant and Use Rights

2.1 License Grant

Upon agreeing to these Terms, users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for legitimate moderation and verification purposes.

2.2 License Limitations

This license does not grant ownership of the Service or any of its components. Users may not:

  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the software
  • Distribute the tool to unauthorized individuals
  • Use the Service for commercial resale without authorization
  • Use the Service in violation of these Terms

All rights not explicitly granted remain reserved by the Service Provider.

Section 03

Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who meet the following criteria:

  • At least 18 years of age, or
  • 13–17 years old with parental or guardian consent
🚫 Users under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to this Agreement.

Section 04

Screenshare Verification Process

The Service may be used during screenshare investigations conducted by authorized staff to verify compliance with server rules. A verification process may involve:

  • Reviewing specific directories related to cheats
  • Checking active processes and software
  • Examining system traces linked to game modifications

Users participating in a verification process acknowledge that limited system information may be reviewed to confirm compliance with server policies.

Failure to cooperate with a legitimate verification request may result in disciplinary actions determined by the relevant server administration.

Section 05

Data Processing and Privacy

In order to perform system verification, the Service may temporarily process certain system-related information. This may include:

  • File names and paths
  • Running processes
  • Installed software lists
  • System metadata relevant to cheat detection
ℹ️ Collected information will only be used for moderation, verification, and security purposes. We do not guarantee permanent storage of collected data unless necessary for investigation records or enforcement actions.
Section 06

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software code, detection mechanisms, design elements, branding, and documentation — are the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying or reproducing the software
  • Modifying or altering its functionality
  • Reverse engineering or analyzing internal components
  • Creating derivative software based on the Service

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

Section 07

Security and Integrity of the Service

To maintain reliability and effectiveness, the Service may include:

  • Anti-tampering protections
  • Detection algorithms
  • Monitoring systems designed to identify bypass attempts

Users acknowledge that detection systems may evolve and change to address emerging cheating technologies.

Section 08

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that interfere with or undermine the purpose of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

8.1 Reverse Engineering

Attempting to debug, decompile, disassemble, analyze, or reverse engineer any component of the Service.

8.2 Circumvention or Bypass Development

Developing, distributing, or testing software or methods designed to evade or bypass detection systems.

8.3 Manipulating Scan Results

Altering, falsifying, or interfering with the results of scans or system analysis.

8.4 Unauthorized Distribution

Sharing the software or providing access to individuals who are not authorized to use it.

8.5 Harassment and Abuse

Using the Service or information obtained from it to harass, intimidate, or harm other individuals.

Section 09

Self-Scanning and Bypass Testing Restrictions

The Service is intended strictly for legitimate moderation investigations conducted by authorized staff. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

9.1 Self-Scanning

Users may not use the Service to scan their own system for the purpose of checking whether they would pass a PC check or verification process.

9.2 Bypass Testing

Using the Service to test, develop, analyze, or validate methods intended to bypass or evade the detection systems is strictly forbidden.

9.3 Unauthorized Testing

The Service may not be used for testing detection limitations or preparing systems to evade future detection.

🚫 Prohibited examples include: scanning yourself to see if you would pass a PC check, scanning friends without a legitimate investigation, running repeated scans to identify detection patterns, or using scan results to hide or remove traces of cheats. Any attempt to use the Service for these purposes may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
Section 10

Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of these Terms may result in enforcement actions including:

  • Temporary suspension of access
  • Permanent termination of accounts or licenses
  • Revocation of permissions to use the Service
  • Restrictions on future use

These actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

Section 11

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will:

  • Detect all cheating software
  • Operate without interruptions or errors
  • Provide completely accurate detection results

Detection systems are continuously evolving and may not identify every possible cheat or modification.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be held responsible for:

  • Disciplinary actions taken by server administrators based on scan results
  • False positives or missed detections
  • Loss of access to gaming platforms resulting from investigations
  • System issues caused by improper use of the Service
⚠️ Use of the Service is entirely at the user's own risk.
Section 13

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. This may include:

  • Updating detection systems
  • Modifying supported platforms
  • Implementing new security measures
Section 14

Termination

Access to the Service may be terminated or restricted if a user:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Attempts to compromise the integrity of the Service
  • Engages in prohibited activities

Termination may occur without prior warning.

Section 15

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect improvements to the Service, security requirements, or legal obligations.

ℹ️ Continued use of the Service after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
